My name is Melissa Shelden and I am the owner of Westside Salon.  My vision was always to open my own salon.  I opened Westside Salon on April 1, 2005.  I have been a stylist for over ten years.  I'm a firm believer in furthering my education.  My further education includes: Matrix Education, Certificate of Achievement from Matrix Academy, State Beauty Hair Show the past four years, merchandising, product, color, and cut classes. My specialties include: cuts, colors, perms, nails, waxing, pedicures, and facials. I'm very dedicated to my job and clientele.  My goal is to make you feel not just beautiful on the outside but also on the inside.  Thank you for taking the time to browse our website.
